Constantly messes up orders. 50% of the time you get a regular chicken sanwich when you order a spicy sandwhich. My girlfriend is usually missing the roll that is supposed to come with the soup, and the place is filled with flies in the summer.

I am from belle river, and periodically I will stop at emeryville. I ask for the spicy chicken sandwich or club. Three times they have given me a regular plain chicken sandwich. I even asked if it was spicy after she handed it to me. She said yes. Horrible service. Quickness is great but reading the order off the screen correctly is better! Get your staff better trained.
